Leadership in the C-suite isn’t just about what you do—it’s about who you are and how you show up. The most meaningful transformations happen when leaders align their story, values, and presence with the impact they want to have.
Careers are not built through luck or by chasing opportunities. They are built through thoughtful decisions - made with clarity, intention, and self awareness.
Whether you're leading an organization, considering a new opportunity, or redefining what success means to you, the quality of your future is shaped less by the opportunities that come your way and more by the decisions you make when they do.
That's why my role isn't to provide answers, it's to create the space for leaders to think more clearly, ask better questions, and make decisions they can look back on with pride.
As a senior executive at Fox and Yahoo, and later Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most successful and diverse leaders around the world. I partnered with them as they navigated uncharted waters and made decisions that shaped not only their own futures, but those of thousands of others.
I grew up in a small town in the UK and was the first in my family to attend university. I left a happy home to study in Wales and later became the first to move overseas to pursue my dream of living in California.
What I’ve learned along the way is that growth begins where certainty ends. When you step into the unknown without a map, you learn to trust yourself and keep moving forward. That belief shapes how I approach executive coaching today.
Having led teams and talent functions within complex, fast-moving media and technology companies, I understand leadership from the inside—the weight of difficult decisions, the responsibility leaders carry for others, and the pressure of navigating uncertainty while continuing to move forward.
I’ve always been fascinated by what brings people joy. When leaders find genuine fulfillment in their work and lives, they unlock the best in themselves and inspire it in others.
Supporting executives as they create their own blueprint is what brings me joy—and what led me to form AJG Consulting.
