Angela is a seasoned Executive Coach with 30+ years’ experience working with C-Suite Executives and high potential leaders to develop and strengthen their strategic skills and executive presence.  Angela is recognized for her ability to help build personal brands that accelerate career trajectories.  

Angela brings a unique blend of humanity, strategic insight and pragmatism to supporting her clients in achieving their goals. Her keen focus on empowering individuals to unlock their full potential has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor. She has worked within public companies, PE-backed firms, founders and founder-led companies, as well as nonprofit organizations. Her profound understanding of the impact of individual performance and talent dynamics enables her to partner with clients to find strategic alignment against a backdrop of continuous transformation.

Most recently, Angela was Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles in Southern California, where she provided leadership advisory services to clients in the media, entertainment and consumer tech sectors. Previously, Angela established Fox Entertainment Group’s first in-house talent function and spearheaded talent strategy for a number of key acquisitions as well as the formation of Hulu. She was also head of global executive recruiting at Yahoo! Angela began her career with Heidrick & Struggles in London and has lived in Southern California since 2000. 

Angela sits on the Advisory Boards of World Technology Games and STEM Advantage. She has also served a Director/Coach for 50/50 Women on Boards since 2017.

Angela holds a BA (Hons) Psychology from Bangor University, which also awarded her an Honorary Fellowship for her contribution to leadership development and diversity. Angela is a Hudson Institute Certified Coach and holds the ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
